Engine Upgrades

All engine development was carried out and tested with our Motologic rider throughout the 2008 ASC season

Complete engine upspec (using NON genuine parts)	Package includes the following: Cylinder head ported to Motologic spec Webb type cam shaft JE type piston and rings 08 R type gearbox Carby jetted to Motologic spec Labour costs consist of the following, removal and refitting engine in chassis, all engine upspec work, including fit new gearbox, fit the new piston, port the cylinder head, reset valves, setup compression ratio, fit new camshaft, rejet carby, and dyno test.
	Total cost of upspec $3985 inc gst

Benefits	Benefits of this upspec over standard engine includes the “R” type gearbox (closer ratio than the X). Enhancements over the Option 2 Upspec includes greater piston life due to the use of a JE Type piston. Overall performance is enhanced due to higher compression ratios and the use of a performance Camshaft.

Benefits	Benefits of this upspec over standard engine includes the R type gearbox (closer Ratio than the X). The “R” type piston, “R” type Cam & cylinder head porting offer a higher compression ratio with increased performance through the entire rev range over the standard engine.

Top end of engine only upspec using NON genuine parts.	Package includes the following: Cylinder head ported to Motologic spec Webb type cam shaft JE type piston and rings Labour costs consist of the following, removal of engine top end in frame, fit the new piston, port the cylinder head, reset valves, setup compression ratio, fit new camshaft and when complete dyno test.
	Total cost of upspec $1925 inc gst

Benefits	Benefits of this upspec over standard top end include the JE Piston and Webb type cam. The JE piston offers increased compression and extended piston life whilst the Webb cam offers increased performance through the entire rev range over the standard engine.

Benefits	Benefits of using this upspec over the standard top end include higher compression and performance to remain competative on the race track whilst keeping the expense to a minimum. All Parts used are Genuine Honda Parts

Carby rejetting

Package includes the following:

Labour costs consist of fitting the revised jetting, and setting up the accelerator pump.
